Karaté traditionnel

Le karaté est un art martial constitué de techniques de percussions, de blocages, d'esquives et de projections. Il s'agit d'une discipline complète qui vise à travailler le corps et l'esprit, dans le respect du partenaire. Cette discipline consiste à répéter les techniques afin de maîtriser les déplacements et les positions.

Entraînement Karaté Défense

Le Karaté Défense est la synthèse des différentes formes de karaté ( traditionnel, compétition, contact, jutsu, etc...), visant une application directe d' auto défense efficace et réaliste . Cette méthode est accessible à tous, quel que soit votre niveau sportif, votre sexe, gabarit ou handicap.

Karaté sportif

Le Karaté sportif ou compétition comporte deux orientations principales. La compétition kumite regroupe plusieurs formes et styles de combat reconnus par la fédération et les Katas (enchaînements codifiés de mouvements et déplacements).

Karaté corporel

Le Body Karaté est une discipline à part entière et labellisée par la Fédération Française de Karaté. Il s'agit d'une pratique qui allie des techniques de karaté sur des musiques rythmées qui permettent, au travers de différentes phases (travail cardio, renforcement musculaire, étirements, relaxation) de favoriser la condition physique et le bien-être.
